Nesting: Infant CPR Classes

WHAT IS NESTING: Doing Infant CPR Classes

When you are pregnant, towards the end of your second trimester, the need to organize, rearrange, make lists and go for classes kicks in. This is what they call nesting. Baby Center describes nesting as the act of preparing the home for the baby’s arrival.

I took “nesting” to a whole other level and insisted that Emmanuel and I learned family CPR. Thankfully, Medical ER Training and Consulting in Port Elizabeth offers a class. One Saturday afternoon, Emmanuel and I headed to their offices to partake in an adult, child and infant CPR class.

Watch this video to see how the classes are conducted and our thoughts about it.
